Food was burnt and tastesless as well as taking a very long time to arrive :(. Staff didn't seem to worry much about this and seemed to be quite aggravated that I was complaining.

Definitely a disappointment as it was nowhere near as good as other pizza expresses I have been to.Read More

Came to this Pizza Express after a "bring the kids to work" day for their Christmas party. I am not a huge fan but as we were going with other families it made sense. It was busy so I guess that explains the staff. They weren't quite rude but I got the impression they weren't pleased to have kids. When I lived in London in Summer 2011, this was right around the corner from the flat my classmates and I stayed in. We walked in and WHOA was it packed.
