I'm setting pretty high standards here, because I'd just returned from Aria in Las Vegas and had a previous night at the Groucho Club in Soho. They don't kick you out when you slosh your drink around. How great is that? First of all: You must book a place. Colebrooke is tiny, so try to make a reservation for a table before coming (especially on the weekend).
