From my trips to the States, I've come to realise that American Yelpers are very particular about their coffee. Being a non hot drink drinker myself, I've not come to appreciate the subtle variations in beans, tempering, water temperature etc which my friends assure me are essential to producing the perfect brew

Visiting Flat White was a big meh moment for me. From all the reviews, it looked amazing, but when I arrived I saw a very cramped, small place that was hideously busy. It was dark and dingy and my seat was uncomfortable.

It could be in Surrey Hills in Sydney, which is as good a reason to come here as any.more
Served by the ultra cool hipster dude complete with comedy moustache and trilby hat. The shop a had a cool laid back feel but was rather noisy dispite being fairly quiet when I was there. It was very hot inside and they didn't have their fans turned on. (are they just decorations?)
