I happened upon this a few months ago and made an impulse buy of a new ladies bike. I had wanted one for a while, but had been put off by the huge cost of bikes in other shops.
The bicycles in here range in price from about £100 to thousands and thousands and seeing I was a novice, they didn't try and "upsell" me to a higher priced cycle than needed and listened to what I needed...more
I had a to do an emergency stop today with my bike and they were so nice and accomodating.
They immediately replaced the missing screws and then proceeded to tell me they had the most successful bike business in London with the cheapest prices !!
I am not sure -- I am a bike user not a bike lover .. if you know what I mean... but they do have those amazing bikes I keep seeing everywhere...more
