Tucked away near Old Street station in London's East End, Thai Thai restaurant has become the dining destination de rigeur for hip socialistas and local Thai curry connoisseurs. The light and airy dining room with ruby and vanilla coloured walls, blonde wood furniture and potted palms is perfect for relaxed meals with friends and colleagues. Thai Thai has a huge following with a fashionable crowd who drop in to eat before drinking and dancing the night away. We recommend the crispy roast duck with tamarind sauce; and the coconut-coated banana fritters served with coconut ice cream and honey syrup, washed down with a refreshing strawberry mule cocktail made with vodka, strawberries, lime and ginger beer. But if you fancy something more adventurous, Thai Thai’s own special pumpkin curry with a choice of meats is something out of the ordinary. The staff are famous for their friendly, helpful attitude and warm welcome. <br />
