Quietly tucked away in the stylish Soho Hotel, REFUEL bar and restaurant serves a European menu with a focus on fresh and organic ingredients. Favourites include tuna with avocado mousse, ponzo, chili, and truffle oil, and pumpkin gnocchi with wild mushrooms. Amongst the gloriously indulgent desserts are the mocha chocca sundae, and honey nut tart with ice cream.

In the heart of the West End, a mixed crowd of media and creative professionals creates a buzzing atmosphere, with a lively bar offering a wide choice of wines, spirits and cocktails. Designed by owner Kit Kemp, the interior at REFUEL is a blend of browns, greens and neutral shades, offset by a colourful mural by London-born artist Alexander Hollweg , which spans the length of the oak and pewter bar.

Had a heck of a time ordering a Manhattan here. The barkeep had no idea what it was and had to ask several times. That was a first. What he brought back (made by another) was delicious though not traditional. Then I got the bill. £13 for a drink this small (it was abnormally undersized) was ridiculous.
I talked with another bartender and he kindly offered to make me another for free. That was...more
Oh I do love these kind of places! Nice settings, had some drinks and sliders with them and it was a really good experience. We shared the pulled pork, beef, fish sliders and it was just enough food to keep you happy! Very nice drinks, an extensive drink list and I will surely come back whenever im visiting London again for drinks here.more
My university alumni society hosted some casual drinks here the other evening. We had a decent sized area on the left side of the bar, and one member of staff that was dedicated to bring out drinks to us. I had breakfast here almost daily last week. I tried the English Breakfast, the Healthy Breakfast, and the smoked salmon and bagel. No major disappointments, but service was sometimes painfully slow and apathetic. The power move might be to give up on trying for a hot meal and go continental since the fruit was generally good as was the greek yogurt.more
Not a bad restaurant, decor and service cannot be faulted and the atmosphere is very easy going. Potential to celebrity spot, but you wouldnt wanna risk looking uncool by being obvious.
The food is "ok" but could benefit by being decent portions and not charging too much for additional sides.
I'd be willing to come again but not become a regular.more
