My very first brunch in London, so of course, I had to order the Full English Breakfast complete with English breakfast tea. The dish consisted of tomatoes, fried eggs (can do scrambled or boiled as well), sausage, chips, bacons (NOT American style), and "black pudding." Overall, I can't say I loved it, but perhaps, I have yet to get used to the British brunch (as opposed to the American/NYC...more

Lovely english food. Snuck a bite of the fish pie from my man. Yum!! A bit rustic, a bit quirky, with ffiona's personal touch (she was serving herself). Will definitely go back. Not least because she now does Saturday brunch (10:00-15:00) and there's free cocktails! Completely decadent, i know, but maybe a virgin version is just healthy juice?more

A London institution, not just the restaurant but the fine lady herself. Juicy prawns to die, halloumi to savour and a jovial, friendly atmosphere a world away from the clinical efficiency of a larger chain. Walking distance between High St Kensington and Notting Hill Gate, this is certainly a hidden gem of the West.so sssh!

For a sneak peak inside the restaurant, and meet the woman...more

How cute is this place? Dark, moody lighting, sassy service, delicious food, this place has it all. Ffiona - the owner - is passionate about what she does and passionate about her food. The fish was fresh and tasty and the mashed potatoes with leeks were so good. This is simple, clean tasting food with just enough exotic twists to keep it interesting and keep you coming back!more
