The Hampstead Antique Emporium opened in July 1967. The Emporium is still going strong, selling a variety of goods from antiquity to present day. Over the years new shops have opened in the courtyard and crafts have been added to the antiques.
The Emporium is open from Tuesday to Sunday.

A hidden gem in Hampstead, away from Hampstead High Street so find it by looking for the signs pointing you in it's direction. It's a warren of stalls offering high quality items such as textiles, jewellery, artwork and antiques. Everything is unique and the people are approachable. I've been inside many times and it's never seemed over crowded.

I really like this place. It's a bit hidden so pay attention to the signs when trying to locate it, there are a couple of signs indicating where it is. When I was in Hampstead on Monday, eagerly snapping pictures, I had the good fortune to pass by the Hampstead Antique Emporium. When I walked through the courtyard I had even better fortune to be met by one of the stall holders, Chris, who gave me a private tour of the premises (it's closed on Mondays).
