My husband purchased 2 hats at Lock & Co Hatters while we were in London and had a fabulous experience! The very nice woman helping us (we forgot her name) was knowledgeable and accommodating (we tried on a number of hats) and was able to find us the perfect lid! Our favorite part of the visit was the historical story behind the company and the history room they have at the back of the shop...more

When I was a ring mistress, in the circus, my top hats came from here. They also do beautiful ladies hats, mens formal headgear and country wear.

The oldest family-run hat shop in the world has been on this spot since 1765, but of course trading even longer supplying the Court at St. James's .
