I have lived in the area for a few years now but only recently I stopped by here. "why haven't I been here before????" this was my first reaction. The place has big rooms which host always brilliant exhibitions on rotation (I have seen three so far). They also run cinema evenings and workshops/courses for kids/family but I have not yet checked them out though.more

The cafe is wonderful - lots of glass, greenery and places to sit both inside and out. You can work for hours at a time, and the staff treats you like a king/queen for the afternoon.

To be quite frank, I've not actually found the place too inspiring aside from location and style, but that's all one. I am more than ready to accept - happily, even - the inclusion of like institutions in the...more
