Quirky place in a part of kings cross that gets better every day. This could be the girliest bar I've ever been to. Lovely people and fun decor. Finally made it to this sweet cafe for a blog event yesterday after hearing good things. The shop front looks small but cafe goes deep in to the back where there is even a small private room where our event was being held. This place is adorable. We popped in here after brunch for, you know, brunch dessert. CAKE! And tea, but mostly cake.

My friend and I decided to go to Drink, Shop & Do on a Sunday before she got her train home from Kings X. Mainly persuaded by the photos of their cakes and the promise of board games, we got there about 1pm without a reservation and we were easily seated. What a brilliant concept, this place! Drinks, craft bits and bobs, live music and events, and all in a bright and colourful space. The drinks are delicious and I really could spend every day there. Allowed perhaps? What if I sweep up at closing? One can dream...more
