There's a certain type that ends up at Dirty Martini... generally the place is best after a few drinks, when you don't mind the fact that it's dark, cramped, and loud, but don't want to go to a club and dance. The place is underground right at Covent Garden, so the location is a big plus. Their cocktails are all right, though pricey, but I understand that there are happy hours on offer...more

Was taken there by some people I met having a drink. It's a great place if you're dressed well and in your 20s, otherwise it's pretentious and obnoxious. Martini selection isn't very extensive as one would be lead to believe.more

On a rare night when all of out friends were free at the same time, we got onto yelp and looked at where we could go.

Despite mixed reviews we decided to book a table at Dirty Martini. It was £50 deposit for a group of 10 of us, but we knew we'd easily use that up during Happy Hour.

Cocktails for beginners.

Martinis didn't really taste of what they were supposed to (Honey and Lavender tasted of Apple juice).

Cocktail waitress was rude and would elbow you in the ribs rather then ask you to move or simply say "excuse me".

Not impressed.

I was out with friends in London and after a couple of drinks elsewhere we opted to head over the Dirty Martinis, with one friend assuring me that it was good and we'd have fun. Maybe, if a tiny, dark, crowded room with awful music is your sort of thing.
