All of the food is cooked from fresh, so arrival time of the food will increase accordingly but definitely worth the wait! When the food arrives, you are never disappointed. This is simply because everything they use is of high quality and freshly made. So you can actually taste the difference in aroma and texture, it will definitely put a spark in your taste buds; just exactly how it should be made. The restaurant’s chefs specialize in high quality Indian/Bangladeshi cuisine placing more emphasis on quality rather than speed. As they are very passionate about food, staff believe if a customer has tasted their food once, guarantee that they'll be back again for more. They will even create new dishes for you. Everything is good, but do try Dallsha or Mix Tok Jal Jul. To make your dining experience even more affordable, Spices operate a Bring Your Own Drink policy. excluding soft drinks which restaurant will provide.

Ordering online is a big, big MISTAKE -- one I seriously paid for, literally and figuratively.

Great spot. Very unpretentious. The food is solid and of decent value. The staff is pretty efficient and fairly funny. Perhaps best of all, this place is BYO so, by all means, bring some. Fun place for a low-key meal. Highly recommended.more

Good menu with really tasty curry. Go there!

I've been eating curries in islington for years and this place has caught my attention. Lots of flavour and varied, different menu.

BYO as you expect in these parts. The off licence over the road has broadened its beer selection to include Brew Dog beer and Brooklyn Lager. All good.more

Him: you know its dry right? Me - yes. I prefer it that way.

Him - spice level? Me - medium to warm.

Him - medium being average heat, how hot do you want to...more
