Such a beautiful park! Abutting Fulham Palace, there's something for everyone at Bishop's Park: playgrounds, a skate space, sports pitches, gardens - all sorts! It has a lovely old feel to it while still having modern amenities. Just gorgeous to watch across the river to all the rowing clubs at Putney, too!more
Nice little park by the river, good place to let the dog off the lead for a run on the sports field.
Can get crowded in Summer and when there are events on such as the Boat Race or Football at Craven Cottage next door.
Has recently undergone major redevelopment of the playground areas, which alas are off limits to the dog..more
A fine place to take a stroll starting at the north side of putney bridge and the church that book ends the bridge. You have the interesting Spanish civil war memorial and the picturesque path by the Thames. Additionally Bishops palace is a great little place to have an explore and nose around. This is certainly more of a something to do park than its closest rival Wandsworth park to the south...more
Good location along the Thames. Newly upgraded playground is nice but can get busy when the two nearby schools let out.more
This is a delightful spot - quite unexpected as it can't really be seen from the road. It surrounds the grounds of Fulham Palace, one of the mediaeval summer retreats of the Bishops of London.
