Located a short walk from Camden Town station, I happened upon Bento Ramen after one of London Zoo's late night events
They have a comprehensive Japanese menu but I was after their ramen, as proudly advertised on their restaurant name. For me, it has to be tonkotsu ramen where pork bones have been boiled over many hours to achieve the cloudy fatty flavoursome broth

It's worth taking the short trip from Camden high street to visit this little gem.
I would highly recommend the lunchtime set special menus. I really enjoy the salmon teriyaki set that comes with miso soup, rice, gyoza and a little pumpkin croquette.

A great Japanese spot right around the corner from Camden Town station. The outside facade makes this place look rather cheap and small. Once you head inside it is actually quite spacious.

Food here is reasonably priced and at good portions, always a huge plus. I'm originally from NY and ever since moving to London I've been looking for good complex sushi (not like the wasabi style piece of boring sashimi on a plain bed of rice) at a good price and have struggled to find a good place.
