Chef Claude Bosi moved his award-winning Hibiscus restaurant from Ludlow, Shropshire; to central London in October 2007. In January 2009, Hibiscus regained its second Michelin star, which it retained in January 2010 and January 2011. It was also ranked amongst the best restaurants in the world by The San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants, and fourth in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards.
