I dont write bad reviews, but I sure wish I had a warning here before spending a lot of cash for a special night in. Most of the food was basic and kind of good, but definitely not great. Perfect for lunchtime. I am currently attending an event at the Olympia and can't be satisfied with the traditional event fare. I spotted Mr. India whilst walking passed the venue and being a curry lover thought it would be the perfect choice. It was so good I came back for a second visit.

Not anything to sing praises about. Small local Indian restaurant. Felt new. The service was good. The child seat was unclean. The food was what made it meh. Both the veggie dishes tasted same. The daal was ok. This was a nothing to remember and fairly not good place. I suppose the folks around here may like a small neighborhood place.more

So you get the best food from the best people. Vegetarian samosas that are so fresh the peas burst in your mouth--delicately wrapped and a delight. Chicken vindaloo is my absolute! I order it, often. This curry house is fairly unassuming from the outside. Tucked away close to Kensington Olympia station it was perfect for a friends night out. Although it was a Friday night the restaurant was very quiet - great!
