Previous evenings I've been, this has been a five star place. It has a busy, buzzy atmosphere. There is organized, informal, competent service, it feels like being back in Brooklyn, in a good way. I teeter between 3 and 4 stars. I thought the avocado toast was aite. It didn't strike me as something I couldn't whip up myself (but maybe that's just the nature of avocado toast). While the toast was served warm, it quickly turned cold after a few bites. The poached egg atop the avocado was wonderful, though. The yolk seeped into the toast, a glorious, delicious mess.
