I mean.... Everyone knows what Wahaca offers..so I'm not gonna go into that. But what I will say is that the staff here are super friendly. Great bubbly atmosphere to be in. My friends are and loved the cod.... I had some tacos and some bean mush. It was yum. :Dmore

Whilst the food was very good, it took ridiculously long for our group to get seated, and then it took about another hour for the food to arrive. Admittedly we were a group of 8 and it was a weekend night, but that I still expect restaurants to be able to handle a quicker turnaround than that. I would recommend that they allow guests to order while waiting to be seated to speed up the process...more

Wahaca manages to achieve the almost impossible mission of success without decline. Each branch that opens has a slightly new take on the bright Mexican street food eatery selling healthy South American tapas and the best tequila in town, all at mega affordable prices.

Oh Wahaca, I want to love you so much more.

Here's the thing, it's fine. It's got a giant menu of Mexican favourites and the staff are friendly and on their game. We came at 11pm with a group of seven people and they sat us easily and took care of us even though the place was packed.

For me, Wahaca is a bit like New Year - there's all the hype but once it's finally here it's good but not what you were expecting. Don't get me wrong, there are some hidden gems within the menu but overall I see Wahaca as a means to an end, not somewhere I would crave to go.
