Clearly inspired by Parisian brasseries, the food is simple but sophisticated, combining classic cookery with contemporary style and flair, the menu including numerous favourites including excellent steaks. Surroundings at The Brasserie are similarly classic-meets-modern, the stripped wood and white surroundings pared right back to create a sense of light and space, the furnishings extremely simple but comfortable, the atmosphere buzzy and cheerful.
