Gorgeous dining room and our Thanksgiving meal was excellent, however the staff is another story, horrible. Drinks and wine took so long, no eye contact. Staff not personable, probably because no one speaks English here, all foreigners. The waitstaff really need to engage and not be clone/zombie like. Employees work more cafeteria style than a fine dining room.more
What a disappointment! Terrible customer service!! I needed to cancel my reservation called 23hs ahead and for my surprise they said no since was 1 hour passed the cut off time. Most places would have understood since it was secured with a corporate card and was meant for a dinner meeting. What I know is, my company will never book there again. Thanks for nothing "manager"more

Absolutely fine. That pretty much sums up my experience here. Can't say anything more positive but really I can't say anything negative either. There was nothing wrong with the venue or the food, but I was left feeling pretty "meh" about the whole experience.
On arrival our coats were taken & we checked in at reception. Straight away I thought of similarly set up places like Hawksmoor & had...more
