I dropped by Velo to grab lunch when I happened to be in the area and didn't have too much time. It was pretty crowded at lunchtime so I opted to get my errands done first and come back afterwards. When I came back, it was pretty empty, but the service here was still not very quick. There are touch screens for ordering which is cool, but they weren't in service when I was there.

I go here often as my go to Vietnamese restaurant. I thought the reviews on the pho were a little harsh- i really enjoy their pho (but my tastes aren't the most discerning). I wholeheartedly agree about the spring rolls though - they are delicious!

It's easy, it's quick and it's tasty enough...so three stars it is for me.

And that next time was yesterday when I was meeting a friend for a drink and we needed some substance to support all...more
