Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Who on earth came up with the idea of putting a high end champagne bar in the MIDDLE of the new One New Change shopping mall?! I don't know about anybody else, but when I am out for a luxurious experience and some champagne, I'm partly there for the decor, ambience and views around me.
