Masses of Meat. Perfectly crunchy vegetables. A big pillowy Yorkshire pud with a hole in it to pour rivers of umami gravy. Sunday Lunch at the Andover arms. Eaten next to a roaring wood fire, served by chirpy locals, Honeydew on tap. I don't think it gets much better.

I remember not being bowled over by the menu.. It didn't do the food justice because THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC.

It is a short walk from the Hammersmith tube station. Once we walked in, the bartender greeted us and made us feel welcome even though the place was busy. We had a table quickly and the staff was very attentive. My wife and I thought it was the best food we had during our visit.
