Overlooking St Paul's Cathedral, Madison restaurant benefits from some of the most sought-after panoramic views in London. Led by grill classics from the wood-fired Josper grill, the Madison menu is a hearty blend of rich British and Mediterranean flavours. On the top floor of One New Change, the Manhattan-style restaurant is flooded with light from its floor-to-ceiling windows, whilst the rooftop terrace and bar regularly plays host to DJs.

4* for the view, but I'd only give 3* for bar service. I would only ever visit here for the rooftop view of St Paul's, as it gets so ridiculously crowded it's usually impossible to even find a space to stand with your drinks!more
Madison is one of my favorite spots in London; there is no other rooftop bar quite like it. Quite a good view, best enjoyed in summer- when it is very popular with out-of-towners at the weekend.
The food is pretty well executed, but fairly timid. Think a step up from All Bar One, but not a very big step- burgers and steak , and a little bit of mild exotica ( a well done lamb tagine, for example). Would pass for the best restaurant in a middling size market town somewhere...more
A wonderful location in the city. Great 'afterwork drinks' atmosphere and lovely view of St Paul's Cathedral.
A little tip for you - it gets pretty busy to get the lift to the bar (in the New Change shopping centre) after 7pm. There was a super long queue when I went on a Friday. So, get the escalator to the first floor and catch the lift there (no queue) ;)
Well worth a visit if you...more
