Works of art from the Collection are displayed in British Government buildings both in the United Kingdom and around the world, playing a significant role in promoting British art and culture across diverse and international environments. More than 7000 works – over half of the Collection – are now listed on our website. Whenever possible, we lend works of art to public exhibitions, both in the UK and abroad.

A fascinating place, down an alleyway off Tottenham Court Road

You have to book & be taken on a guided tour.

Its v.small but perfectly formed! Especially interesting is the 20th

century art section, which has artists like Howard Hodgkin,Terry

Frost, William Scott,Patrick Caulfield,Gwyther Irwin. English Diplomats

Ministers & Ambassadors come to select art for their residences here - like...more
