Three years ago I was on a search for a new pair of shoes. I came across Tricker's on Jermyn St. by chance and saw the perfect chunky brogues in the window so immediately went in.

The Tricker's shop on Jermyn St. is quite small with original wooden fittings that probably date from Victorian times. The knowledgeable salesman was helpful in advising the correct size which fit perfectly. (I have...more

In the past, I have bought three pairs of shoes from Tricker's and they were one of the best shoes I've ever worn, after Edward Greene. Apparently, the retail prices at Tricker's are not bad. Rest assured, Tricker's are much better than Church's Shoes.more

I had Tricker's shoes for years, and I am very happy with them. The quality of the leather is very good, and I am also very happy with the workmanship. The Jermyn Street store from which I purchased most of my Tricker's shoes looks like a small family-run shop in the olden days, but sometimes, customer service could be improved.
