In the lovely London neighbourhood of Chiswick residents are used to the very best, which says a lot for The Cabin Steak and Seafood Restaurant, a popular local dining room with a chilled out atmosphere. Independently owned, this is the kind of place folk will come back to over and over again, celebrating landmark birthdays and anniversaries, getting together with friends or doing business. The interior has a buzzing, brasserie feel; the décor simple but chic with striped banquettes and striking colours, the frontage dotted with a handful of al fresco pavement dining seats. Though The Cabin’s menu focuses heavily on steaks and seafood, it’s nonetheless a widely varied selection that the kitchen offers up, with poultry and veggie dishes providing variation, all of it deliciously and simply cooked to offer depth of flavour. A good wine list featuring over sixty worldwide labels as well as a range of cocktails accompanies food. Don’t miss The Cabin’s Sunday roast.

Been here many times and always have a great meal. The ribs are always lovely and now even better now that they have a new rib oven . The garlic green beans are a must also.
Great selection of wines and cocktails but have not yet tried a pudding there. Will rectify that soon.more
A place I visit regularly. The atmosphere is good and the place has a warm feel to it with slightly dimmed lights. I've tried a few options on the menu and would recommend the steak (obviously, it's a grill) or the salmon. Great place for when you can't make your mind up about a healthy option dinner (fish) or you just want to munch into a steak or burger.
Nice touch with a glass of jelly...more
Amazing!! Me and my partner had sirloin stake as a main and cocktails for drinks followed with ref wine and brownie ice cream for dessert, it was one of the best meats i have ever had, service was really good and quick and price wise its very good. Service charge was about 10£ but they did deserve it. P.S i went on a friday night.more
My husband and I popped into The Cabin for a late lunch on a Saturday. The atmosphere was casual and the service was good (until we needed to hunt down a server to get our bill which is typical England). While tempted by the crab cakes (which I have not had since moving to England from the US over two years ago), I decided against them and went with the chicken club sandwich. The sandwich was...more
A nice and atmospheric restaurant serving great stakes and seafood.
It's always moderate priced but if you want a bargain go before 6:30pm to get a starter + main for only £13.50!
For all you meat lovers I would recommend the beef ribs or a stake. Besides the offered stake sizes on the menu (8oz & 12oz) the waiter told us that upon request larger ones are available. So for all protein...more
