triyoga is Europe’s leading centre for yoga, Pilates and treatments. With locations in Primrose Hill, Soho and Covent Garden, we have over 170 classes in many different styles and for all levels from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners and everyone in between. We offer specific classes for pre and post natal as well as yoga for babies, toddlers, kids and teens. We also have a special yoga class for senior citizens.

Throughout the year we schedule regular beginner’s courses, special workshops and retreats with our own leading teachers and some of the world’s foremost international teachers.

A few months ago i tried the £40 introductory trial at triyoga but had never tried their healthy food.

Went there with a couple of colleagues - wanted to get out of the office to have a little chat and relax. This was exactly the atmophere there. Fully of gorgeous yummy mummys with their even more gorgeous little babies.

I'd love to be able to review the actual classes at Triyoga as I was looking for a new yoga and pilates studio and had heard good things - but after making a silly mistake and booking the wrong classes on their booking website I emailed them immediately to explain my error, apologise and ask whether I could be moved to a different class.

Such a lovely welcoming yoga centre, I really like walking in and feeling instantly calmer.

The classes I've attended so far have all been excellent, the standard of teaching is very high and classes have been very challenging.

The studios are great, I go to day time classes so there is always plenty of room, the equipment is good quality and it's in a quiet locality so not too many...more

I am by no means a bigshot yogi, but on my quest to try all of the yoga places on classpass, this one popped up. The studio itself is an absolute dream. No shoes and no phones allowed inside, as well as being tucked back off the street around the back of a building, make it feel like a little secret pocket of bustling calm. I am currently on the 2 week introductory pass (£20). I've been taking classes at both the Soho and Primrose Hill locations. This location is more spacious and airy than the somewhat cramped Soho location. I will probably purchase some class passes when my intro offer is up.
