Such a lovely welcoming yoga centre, I really like walking in and feeling instantly calmer.
The classes I've attended so far have all been excellent, the standard of teaching is very high and classes have been very challenging.
The studios are great, I go to day time classes so there is always plenty of room, the equipment is good quality and it's in a quiet locality so not too many...more
I am by no means a bigshot yogi, but on my quest to try all of the yoga places on classpass, this one popped up. The studio itself is an absolute dream. TY has loads and loads of styles/teachers, and glorious space inside, in addition to the yummy cafe for after.
Obviously I love my super fun vinyasa class on Sunday and Monday nights, but all of the teachers there are amazing.more
