Guildhall
Overview
Centre of civic government for the square mile of the City of London. The City of London's home at Guildhall has witnessed traitors' trials, heroes' welcomes, freedom ceremonies and glittering state occasions. Home to the municipal government since the 12th Century, it is a rare example of medieval civic architecture, and is a Grade I listed building.
