I'm now back in the US, but I shopped here for my Dadwhile visiting London. My Dad regularly wears suits to work and likes to wear bow ties with his suits. While visiting London, I wanted to get him a really, really nice bow tie as a souvenir. You would think this is not hard to do, but it was much harder than I thought it would be. Turnbull & Asser on Jermyn Street are no doubt a shirting and hosiery institution. They supplied siren suits to Winston Churchill and formal shirts to most James Bonds.

Their shirts are of excellent quality and T & A are one of the last Jermyn Street companies that get their shirts made in Britain. This is obviously reflected in the prices, and their ready-to-wear shirts are around 100 GBP....more

Some decent shirts, but inferior in quality to other local male clothes shops.

Service was awful, looked around for more than ten minutes and wasn't acknowledged once nor asked if i needed any assistance.more
