A group of my friends and I went in here on New Year's Eve and were very disappointed. Was told it was busy with what they said was 100 capacity and currently 60 in there. There was literally no more than about 20 people in it and couldn't see any capacity for 100. The drinks were good but way over priced for what it was.
Would I go again? No to be honest.more
I wanted to review the hotel at 1 Leicester because it was such a great little find.
From the outside, you'd never guess this place was a small hotel. The entrance is unassuming, with a simple elevator and winding set of stairs.

Awesome spot! Basic wooden tables, comfy chairs you can sink back into, and a very minimalist decor make this one of the most chill bars around.
Talented Mr Fox is currently in residency (drinks created by the co-founder of Purl and Worship Street Whistling Shop) and the drinks do not disappoint.

In the land of tourist hell and food desperation comes a sophisticated enclave which did the trick.
Having tix for Book of Mormon I was freaking out about where we could possibly eat. One Leicester St to the rescue. It was a nice warm day so we sat outside which is a very pleasant patio. A large plate of oysters, a lovely half bottle of white, and we were on our way.
