In my attempt to find some budget eateries for my students near our hotel, I ran across reviews for this place. I will say that from the outside, it isn't exactly impressive and at first glance you may think it just another kebab shop... but its not!
When I got there, there was a bit of a line, lots of people in suits grabbing their lunches to go. There were two tables outside, but it was a...more

Students get a 10% discount, along with a free bag of chips and canned drink.

For less than four pounds with a student discount (or a little bit more without), you can get a well-sized, pressed sandwich on tasty ciabatta bread.
But, wait, there's more!
Free can of soda and normal-sized bag of crisps with any sandwich.
Service is efficient and friendly.more

Thank goodness I found Don Quixote quite early in my studies, might not have survived without it!
Fantastic sandwiches, particular favourite was the Bacon Chicken Club, with water or soda and crisps for under a fiver with a student ID....more
Pretty good for a cheap sandwich shop! The bread is better quality than you'd get at a Subway, and you get a lot more for your money than at some fancy cafe or even a Pret. Apparently, they're open 24 hours as well.more
