Lovely gastro pub on the edge of Acton and Chiswick. We often visit here for lunch at the weekends. It's best to turn up early or book ahead though, as they get very busy both in the restaurant and in the bar area. Nice selection of wines, though lacking a bit on the ale. One of those places where the menu always appeals and it's often difficult to choose.more

I guess all the...more

We ordered some food (catalán rice with meatballs and prawns, prawns with tomato bread, squid with salchichón and piquillo peppers). I was not impressed with our order: small portions, tasteless food and overpriced. The desert was nice though: the chocolate and caramel tart was amazing.

The waiters were very kind but...more
