Yet another shocking experience from Evans Cycles. They've had my bike for five days and only go the repair it when I turn up to collect it. It was meant to be ready on Friday but I couldn't collect as I was off work. You think they'd have it ready three days later! Having been advised it would 'just take five minutes' I was still waiting ten minutes later. This is the second time in a row...more

They have all safety gear for there nice bikes! All of it are awesome and affordable. You can actually try their bikes if you wanted. They are easy to deal with and the staffs are willing to help you to find a good idea of what bikes you wanted to buy for. Nice shops ever!more

I went there, because I had some problems with the chain. And also with the pedals. I think that if you need professional help, they are qualified experts and will charge you on affordable rates. If you want to replace some damaged or worn out parts of your bike, don't hesitate to go there.more

This store is my go to place for cycle stuff for its friendly quick service, breadth and depth of stock, and excellent location.

Unlucky for me (and any drivers I almost played chicken with) my front bike light finally died after 3 years of faithful use through rain, sleet, and snow. Given that I'm somewhat attached to making it through cycling each day without splattering across a windshield...more

My bike is 10 weeks old bought from evans chalk farm, in 10 weeks of normal road use both pedals have broke and evans refused to do the first free service because the bike was in bad condition. its not my fault a that the wheels on my £500 Trek are rubbish and the pedals snapped thats a manufactures fault. in the end they wanted to charge me £113 to do the service and gave me the bike back...more
