The Disney Store


The Disney Store on Oxford Street is the largest Disney Store in Europe.

Its glass store front contains a 267ft high Princess Castle with an animated clock, where Princesses make appearances in windows and Tinkerbell flies across the walls throughout the day. Mickey and Donald Sentries guard the store and lots of other magical things happen inside.

Voor Disney ben je nooit te oud! Een kreet die je vaak hoort, maar hier ook werkelijkheid wordt! Bij binnenkomst werden we begroet door een erg vriendelijke dame die verder niet opdringerig overkwam wat je bezoek al gelijk een stuk leuker maakt. Deze 2 verdiepingen tellende winkel heeft zo'n beetje alles van Disney!!

La tienda Disney de Oxford Street ha sido, para mí, para obligatoria. Ambientada como si fuese un castillo, y en dos plantas, se puede encontrar de todo para los peques, y los no tan peques.

Una princesa Tiara decora la bajada a la planta inferior, que ya te hace abrir la boca de ilusión. Decorada igualita que las que pude disfrutar en Orlando, es como viajar a un planeta diferente.

This store has just had a re-vamp and it's fantastic - they certainly have restored the magic they were previously lacking!

I was like a little girl again and completely overwhelmed by the atmosphere (although I was so busy looking at one thing that I almost walked into a cuddly toy display!)

For one small moment yesterday, I got all worried that maybe I was starting to grow up but I checked with my teddy bear of 40 years and he reassured me that I was still as kiddy as ever!!
