Ordered a small Sunday dinner from here and was happy with the result.

I had a mixed sushi box (ca. 10quid) the fish was fresh and it contained a decent if not particularly exciting variety. My girlfriend had a softshell crab roll which was pretty delicious. Small gripe was the edamame weren't salty enough for me but that was easily fixed.

Very good noodle soup with a side of tempura.

Sushi are fresh, but somehow don't quite taste the way I like them.

The restaurant is very confined. It's quite uncomfortable to sit there, as you are practically seating on your neighbors!more

Although the yellowtail and the Miso soup are decent here, the customer service and price-value is absolutely not adequate.

Be aware of the Loch Duart Salmon - it is nothing else than farm raised salmon at a disgustingly high price.

I had this confirmed only after sending the manager to the kitchen and find out. I will not come back here, there are better and friendlier places around Notting Hill.more

For what it charges, feng sushi leaves something to be desired for. I had a unagi maki and a soft shell crap roll which were both edible but not worth at all the £17.25 (excluding tip!) they charged me for. Oh well, all in the name of sushi and yelp eh?

The rice they used were not the right type of short grain and was slightly overcooked, giving the rolls a stogy feeling as it was stuck...more
