I used to live 5 minutes away and it was always a treat to go to Genesis. I am sure everyone has already pointed out they have great events, films and stuff but one more thing I have to mention is their poetry night. Such a great find. I went for the first time when they did a tribute night to David Bowie for his passing. They showed a double feature of his films. The place has a great bar area where live acts perform as well. Don't think of this as your usual cinema as it's pretty different. I plan on visiting again. The only negative I noticed was the cinema sound system wasn't the bestmore
