About

A traditional English pub set on Marylebone Road opposite Baker Street Station, the Globe is just a stone's throw away from Madame Tussauds, Sherlock Holmes Museum and Regents Park.

Our range of drinks includes cask ale and an extensive wine list as well as a great range of soft drinks and coffees.

With fabulous British food to accompany our drinks, you can relax at this Taylor Walker pub over classics such as hand battered cod, chips and mushy or garden peas, traditional British recipe bangers & mash or a roast of the day seven days a week. Our pub food is freshly prepared and includes all your British favourites. We also offer a range of sandwiches and jacket potatoes.

We are delighted to welcome you at Taylor Walker and assure you of friendly service in a relaxing British pub with a welcoming atmosphere. We are a two floor pub with our main bar downstairs and an upstairs dining area. We also have a large outside area with seating for 36 guests.

The Globe attracts a wide spectrum of guests including tourists, business people and sports fans, especially as Wembley stadium is only two stops away by tube.

Stood at the bar for ten minutes waiting for service. Employees and even managers completely ignoring me, then served someone who arrived after me first. Completely incapable service. No regard whatever for customer service. Would advise spending your money somewhere else.more

The meals are tasty and hearty. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a full menu. The lamb shank Shepherd's pie was delicious. And the fish and chips seemed an extra large portion. Perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxed considering it is in a very busy area of London. I would definitely recommend this spot to others.more

The renowned Baker Street detective, Sherlock Holmes, sat thoughtfully on the red leather armchair with a pipe on his hand. After a knock, Dr.Watson entered the study and gave Holmes an urgent, but polite reminder.

"My friend" Watson said, "It is time pay the crime scene a visit."

The crime scene was just down the street at the corner pub, The Globe. A brisk walk on a chilly Summer afternoon...more
