Not a fan. This is my second ever one-star review, and well deserved.
Generally unhelpful and unresponsive. I'm a gold-card member (UK and a promo-member in the US) and have found the UK emails to be misleading (it's never clear whether sales are online-only) and I've gone in after receiving promotional emails to be told they know nothing of it. Beyond that, service was, at best, dismissive....more
