I've had two very good experiences here.
First timers will have to pay for a membership ("gold card") to get any of the discounts, but it's a one-off and worth it. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and for a small, central london shop they're impressively stocked.
Wait for discounts on standard items - whey, omega-3s - as the periodic sales are very good, 3-for-2, etc.more
