Head Chef Sujan started his cooking career in 1998 when he graduated from South India with a degree in Hotel Management. Here in London Sujan trained under the likes of Michelin starred Atul Kochhar and Navin Bhatia before opening Panas, where he always delivers fresh and contemporary.
