Strange pub to me. I've seen this pub many many years and even been there many many times over many a year. It appears like a 'local' pub. Good food, good music, good company, nice pub. A great venue for music, comedy and poetry. They do a very good Sunday roast and have an all round decent menu.more

The ambience is warm and welcoming, it's...more

Under new management, only one ale on, seems the pub was without electricity for the past week, just reopened this evening. £3.20 for Purity Mad Goose in...more
