In the heart of Mayfair between New Bond Street and Berkeley Square, Greig's Grill & Restaurant, was established by the highly acclaimed restaurateur Alistair Greig, who gained a reputation for serving the best steaks in London. Greig's hallmark dish was prime Scotch fillet steak, sourced from a family butcher, and cooked to order on a traditional coal grill.

Greig's Restaurant continues to uphold that tradition of top quality steaks and great British food, more than half a century later remaining a stronghold for lovers of prime steak everywhere. Combine this with elegant wood panelled dining rooms, an extensive wine list and first class service, and you have a dining experience to remember. Enjoy a lunch or dinner for two, or a corporate or private event in one of three private dining rooms.

Private parties can be accommodated for between 4 and 42 guests, and the staff are more than willing to help with the planning and organisation of your event.

Maitre d' was a bit surly, but the waiter and server were pleasant and formal. There is a formal air, but we were dressed casual. The food was very good. I had the traditional British roast with Yorkshire pudding. My daughters steak was closer to rare than the medium rare ordered.more
Very good steakhouse. Good value for money. One of the most impressive wine cellar in town. Good grilling. Can do Pittsburgh. Warm atmosphere. Would give 4.5 stars. Will return.more
We had a great Sunday lunch. The service was excellent from the beginning, we had meat which was excellent and the desserts were amazing. We will come back for sure.more
Tried this out on the London Pass Dining Card. The restaurant is tucked away at the end of a dead end lane. We would not have found it if it were not for the dining card, which would have been our loss. The service was wonderful and the food was great and plentiful. We enjoyed the roast beef dinner and yorkshire pudding. This is a must-go-to restaurant!!!more
