Ever since meeting my BFF (Best French Friend) Sev during my exchange year I'm a big fan of cheese. When I say cheese I don't mean the cheddar variety, which I personally find incredible (imagine that word in a french accent) boring. I think about all the lovely varieties of cheese ... from blue cheese, do truffle cheese and soft camembert and brie and ... it goes on forever.
