Stopped in the shop thinking I'd found a place to buy lovely french cheeses in London. Wrong. Nasty, dried-out hunks of what should have been tasty, aged, but soft, even creamy goat cheeses. It wasn't just the goats but almost all the cheeses appeared to be well past their prime.

Androuet's £12.95 cheese board for two isn't cheap, but it's one of the best cheese boards I've ever seen. Matt B. and I stopped in for a cheese-centric snack while we were visiting the Old Spitafields Market, and we were very pleased with what we got.

Quesería con un buen surtido principalmente de quesos franceses e ingleses, bien afinados. También italianos y algunos españoles. En el interior pequeña barra de degustación para sentarse en taburetes altos y pedir algunos de sus surtidos de quesos o embutidos. Buenos vinos franceses para acompañar.
