Pretty appalling! Tacos looked like they had been prepared many hours earlier, let's be clear about this; a taco shell *should not* be soft and dissolving around the beef. While we are here one other thing to explain, a BBQ steak *does not* mean a pan fried steak swimming in barbecue sauce...more
