Holland & Barrett is a great place to come for all your vitamins, nuts, seeds and health products. I mainly come here to buy nuts and seeds as they are cheaper than independent health stores.
The staff here are friendly and helpful and they have a computer where you can look up the properties of herbs and vitamins which are available in the store and what they treat which I find beneficial.more
