I went to the exhibit of Ishiuchi Miyako photographs of Frida Kahlo's wardrobe and personal belongings, it was lovely. Nicely curated, with photos on both levels. Unfortunately, their book on the exhibit was sold out, although they did have prints signed by the photographer available for sale.more
My favorite private gallery in the city. Gorgeous collections of classic photographs (think Cartier Bresson, Lartigue, Doisneau) and great shows from up-and-coming photographers, beautifully created.
The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and openings are always a blast.more
