The only saving grace of this tourist trap / chav fest are the views, which I have to admit are fantastic. However I'm not sure whether they are worth the disgusting toilets (don't flush properly, hand dryers don't work), lifts (like you would get in a tower block) or the sterile white interior.

This has to be the single weakest attempt at a nightclub I've ever experienced in a major city. The Penthouse caters to young people with no money to spend and naive tourists. That's it. Ok last night was amazing - thanks to a great DJ that is on the 7th floor. Yep, that's right. After my 1 star review I again found myself there on a Saturday night.
