One of the oldest chartered markets in London is having a revival. Broadway Market is a buzzing centre of the community. The market includes a farmer's market stocking an eclectic mix of goods from local farmer, artists and crafts.
With shops and galleries selling local art, a ceramics shop selling original pieces and Fabrications selling a mixture of exciting and unusual clothes and gifts, the street offers unusual and stunning merchandise at affordable prices.

So much good food here it makes you wanna eat everything! Deenie's(?) had the best grilled cheese I've had so far in London. Im so glad they had a vegetarian haggis option because most of the others had regular haggis in if. £5 and the mustard adds great flavor to the toastie! I also had the Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. £2 for an espresso and tea chaser. There's baked goods,...more
By far and away my favourite market in London. Which is saying something when you consider how many food markets there are around the city.
Located in Haggerston, the market stretches down the high street and contains everything a foodie could desire. We cycled via the canal paths to reach it, and helped ourselves to an amazing mushroom risotto followed by arguably the best chicken burger...more
ACTUALLY MY FAVOURITE MARKET IN LONDON.
I love / want all of the things. No exceptions.
Yelp note: a lot of food, but keep an eye out for some small fashion stalls, some hand-drawn illustrations, other knick knacks, too. Heck, even throw some coin at the local Market group and buy a cloth back emblazoned with "BROADWAY MARKET" to proclaim your market-love to the world.more
I fell on this little market after swimming in the nearby Lido, it makes a perfect weekend lunch if the sun is out! The atmosphere is really nice -there is a good vibe -the food is good and it is not overcrowded by tourists. The shops and pubs around it are great, a mix of independant little boutiques and restaurants.
You can get some food, a jug of pimms and head to London Fields park to...more
BEST PLACE EVER. If you're a foodie, it's heaven. HEAVEN. I don't know why it took me so long to go there but I'm going to come back for sure. It was a nice and sunny Saturday morning. I didn't know where to start. So many food stalls, pubs and cool shops (of course, cool people as well, this is East London my friends).
I bought cheese pretzels, a yummy brownie from 'The Cinnamon Tree Bakery'...more
